When Princess Leticia’s father falls ill from disease, the family is called to decide the next heir to the throne. Following tradition, the heir is decided by a test of worth. Whoever can delve deeper into the "Sea God’s Shrine" will be selected as the new ruler.

The successor who has gone the furthest thus far is Leticia’s brother, Prince Leon, and she volunteers to abstain from participating. But when her corrupt brother, Prince Tyros, shows up with proof he had bested his eldest brother, Leticia is forced to act.
